Robbie Crosier is a corporate attorney specializing in small business acquisitions and outside general counsel services. Over the course of his career, Robbie has had the pleasure of serving as corporate counsel for hundreds of businesses across diverse industries, including technology, construction, education, real estate development, manufacturing, consulting, private equity, and hospitality.

Robbie’s practice focuses on guiding small business owners through mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving businesses valued between $500,000 and $20 million. He offers a hands-on approach to every stage of the process, from initial negotiations and due diligence to drafting agreements and ensuring seamless post-transaction integration.

In addition to his M&A practice, Robbie serves as outside general counsel to small businesses, providing ongoing legal guidance to support their growth and operations.

Robbie graduated an Honors Scholar with Distinction from Baylor University’s University Scholars Program before earning his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.
