Her extensive background in handling complex financing transactions and restructurings equips her to structure deals, mitigate risks, and provide strategic counsel that drives her clients' success across a variety of industries.

Kelsi’s experience at national law firms has uniquely positioned her to serve small business clients with the same level of sophistication and strategic insight typically reserved for large corporations. Before joining PKC, she worked in the Banking & Finance group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in New York City and in the Private Credit Group at Proskauer Rose LLP.

At PKC, Kelsi leverages this experience to offer tailored, practical solutions to small businesses, helping them navigate complex transactions and everyday challenges with confidence.

Kelsi graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as Articles Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. She earned her undergraduate degree with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma.
