Drew T. Peters | Partner

As the head of Peters Kussmaul Crosier’s litigation division, Drew T. Peters brings 15 years of courtroom experience to the PKC team. Drew began his career honing his litigation expertise as an Assistant County Attorney in South Texas, before moving to North Texas and joining a civil litigation boutique. There, Drew quickly became lead trial counsel and participated in countless depositions, mediations, and hearings.

Drew’s career next included a significant tenure at a North Dallas litigation defense firm, culminating in a partnership in 2017, where Drew managed a broad spectrum of civil litigation cases through all stages, often handling high-stakes litigation with millions of dollars in controversy. In 2020, Drew founded The Peters Firm, PLLC, focusing on aiding individuals and small businesses in business and commercial litigation.

Whether representing clients in complex disputes or navigating pre-litigation negotiations, Drew’s approach is informed by his extensive trial experience and deep understanding of the litigation process.

A third-generation North Texan and proud University of Texas and Baylor Law School alumnus, Drew balances his demanding career with family time with his wife and three children. Drew enjoys golf, hunting, attending live sporting events, and coaching tee ball.
